I have been trying to get my medication for over a week. One doctor is on leave, one doctor is on vacation. I was told he would check his computer and call in prescriptions yesterday. Still nothing. Called again today and was given the run around. I was told I could make an appointment to see another doctor. No. I'm heading out of town and a week without my meds now. This is not a good way to keep patients.
Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. They are very good about explaining the procedure before hand.
I was a patient at a different APA location, but switched to Graniteville with Dr. Joachim after my mom raved about the office. I couldn’t be happier with this office! Dr. Joachim always takes his time with me, doesn’t brush off my concerns, and makes sure I understand what we discussed during the appointment before I leave. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously and was being brushed off. Eventually decided to get a second opinion, and now conveniently they cannot give me my records due to a 3rd party having them. Cannot get in touch with 3rd party either. Finally managed to get report from my x ray but cannot get my x ray and no one knows anything. Been trying to get these for a week.
