"I had a disappointing experience when calling the office. The office manager I spoke to was rough spoken and had an angry tone. She didn't take the time to hear me out and came across as unprofessional. I expected better communication and respect when reaching out for help with my health concerns."
Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been very frustrating. My son is covered by TRICARE and needed a new primary care provider. When I initially contacted the office to schedule with Dr. Joachim, I was told new patient appointments were approximately four months out. Because my son needed care sooner, I was advised that Ms. Glussman could see him the following week.
