Took my son here for some specific health concerns, and Dr. Joachim was all about listening. He involved my son in asking how he feels about the treatment and steps to where to go from here. HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Staff was all on point as well; very nice and helpful in the whole "new patient" process. Excited for this new journey with this group of understanding healthcare specialists!! When you find a doctor who listens, hold on to them!
I have been waiting MONTHS to get in to see Dr. Cesa. I was 4 minutes past the 5 minute grace period because I got stuck behind a school bus and they refused to see me. This is not the first issue I have had with this office. Won't be going back. 5 minute grace period is ridiculous!!! FYI . . . called the office manager and was told the office was understaffed and she would call me the next day (Today). Guess what no call. Don't bother. I have made an appointment elsewhere.

I have been trying to get my medication for over a week. One doctor is on leave, one doctor is on vacation. I was told he would check his computer and call in prescriptions yesterday. Still nothing. Called again today and was given the run around. I was told I could make an appointment to see another doctor. No. I'm heading out of town and a week without my meds now. This is not a good way to keep patients.
