DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The inspection was totally inadequate. He failed to test any of plumbing that had major issues! He provided a positive result of his inspection of the structural integrity of a large deck on the back of the home when it is missing critical structural supports. We have discovered several other issues that should have been found and reported!
