After speaking to Wallace on the phone today and discovering my car does not even have a donut, I come home to a new tire on my car! Unbelievable customer service! They have a customer for life!

Christie was fantastic..Took my dart in for tire sensor trouble..No appointment, but they were all super nice and fixed the issue..Yall just got a customer for life, thanks again for your help! Great prices too cheapest in town. But the customer service is why I went to them.
Took forever and when they finally finished they put the wrong tires on and had to start over. Don't waste your time or money.
After going to tires plus and waiting three weeks trying to get them to tell me what was wrong with my AC and when I could have it fixed, I finally got sick of it. Stumbled upon this place online. Everyone was very nice and polite even though I was a half hour late. They were able to fix my AC that day and tell me if it broke again that it was probably a different part and gave me an estimate for that as well. We will be back! Thank you. Wallace, Chris, and the crew always take excellent care of me! Whether tires for car, truck, or horse trailer, AC, or other work my normal mechanic can't squeeze me in to do, they always have the best service, are fairly priced (normally by far most affordable), prompt, and always smiling and friendly! No where else I recommend or will go!
