very bad experience, Not only no help, but extremely rude, dismissive and overall unhelpful. Wasted 3 days with no good outcome whatsoever. Despite sharing details of car problems, owner and staff mislead us, and then just totally dropped the ball, demandig that we tow our car away, as they did’t want to bother with it.
Vehicle was towed to location. They were able to diagnose and repair same day.
This is an updated review: Sorry Kevin I went there when they first started out in Valencia and service was good. Made an appointment, sat there and they did the work, paid and left. Stopped going there when it would cost me $300 more for a cv joint and Goodyear and I would have had to leave it there. Goodyear had it done that day. Then I needed work on a condenser, Thought I'd give them another chance. They were $60 cheaper than Monro but that was because of membership discount.
