I spoke via Facebook with Eric Presnell who is with this company. I described an issue I was having with a ceiling fan light. He told me what he suspected was causing it and how I could fix it myself. Because the ceilings were too high for the step ladder I have, I scheduled them to come fix it for me. Scott came out the next day and had it fixed in less than an hour. It was super simple and had I had a taller ladder I could have fixed it myself. My father worked for Aiken Augusta Security for 15 years, he believed in the company and the work they did. He was a hard person to please, so if he said, “we do good work” it was the word. I’ve known the family and Eric for several years, they stand by the work they do and value their customers and company name in the community.
Eric and his crew are highly professional. Came out to evaluate, and scheduled service for the next day. Cost of service was fair. Highly, highly recommend.
