He told me what he suspected was causing it and how I could fix it myself. Because the ceilings were too high for the step ladder I have, I scheduled them to come fix it for me. Scott came out the next day and had it fixed in less than an hour. It was super simple and had I had a taller ladder I could have fixed it myself.
