Update: It’s been 2 weeks since my review and a promise from the office to call. I’ve received no call to discuss my experience. I’m actually not surprised at all due to the decline in service and care the past year. It’s unfortunate and quite disheartening. I came here to see Dr. Lee for an annual wellness visit. None of the signs included her name, which was weird and I had a hard time finding the office. They asked me to come hungry for my appointment at 11:30am for a blood draw, which I did. After sitting in their waiting room for an hour, I left at 12:30pm without being seen. I’ve been going to Dr. Wang and the other doctors in the practice since my son was 9 months old. He is 5 now. The office is not the same and her care for my son has been lacking as well. I felt rushed during the last few appointments, but didn’t take offense since the office was PACKED. I understood the haste.
