Rick was supposed to be servicing our lawn every two weeks for a property that is currently on the market in Tarpon Springs. We came to check on the property after being away for a while to find the lawn extremely overgrown with weeds a foot high. We checked the Ring doorbell video and it shows he has been coming by every 3 weeks. When I asked Rick about it, he lied and talked down to me at first until we showed him the video and then he just stopped answering.
