Does not deserve a 1 star!! I enrolled with ****, then thought about it,see if I was a guy with same answers and age my monthly premiums would have been extremely lower!! THEN WHEN I CANCELED THEY DIDNT CANCEL MY POLICY BUT DID SAY I WOULD BE REFUNDED TO CARD 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS ** ON 4/15. 13 days later still no refund. I called back on 15th and then told 3 days I would have it.. It's the 22nd 20 days later and no refund...

been on hold for over 1 hour.Trying to help a friend aged 75 years old move an existing annuity from this company. She was told that this would be completed with out any delay, and that her required monthly distribution would not be removed from her plan. We were looking to move her annuity to a SPIA annuity with another carrier because it will generate more income for her.We were told to send in certain paperwork, and then told that they will not take that paperwork, and then told we needed to write a letter. If I could give them a zero I would . My Mother in law passed away in January 2023 . My husband and his two siblings are the beneficiary of her life insurance and have submitted all of the paper work via mail as per their request. We had a tracking number. As of today 3-21-2023 one month later *** customer service is saying the same thing they can not find the paper work. We have spoken to several supervisors and each one knows less than the other this is a nightmare . How is one suppose to solve this if no one knows anythin... read more

If you are considering purchasing travel insurance, I would strongly advise against going with *** Travel. In my experience, their service was abysmal and left a lot to be desired.First and foremost, the company constantly asked for unreasonable documentation, which only served to make the process more difficult and frustrating. It almost seemed like they were intentionally trying to make it difficult for me to submit a claim and collect the insurance refund.All in all, I would not recommend *** Travel to anyone looking for ... read more

I received a claimant affidavit for my elderly mother to sign after my father's death. The forms that were sent to me were in fuzzy 6 point type that no elderly person could possibly read or fill out. It looked like a photocopy of a photocopy. Even I could hardly make out the words. How does a company like *** send out materials that are this poor quality? It clearly feels intentional to make it even more difficult to submit claim for elder policyholders. If I could give less than a star I would. This company is HORRIBLE!! Perhaps their underwriters/claim adjusters get a bonus for each claim that they delay in paying. Here we are several months after my Mother passed away and they keep requesting the same documents over and over with no end in sight. They also makeup rules which have no connection with the payment of the claim. As an attorney practicing in the area of estates and trusts this is unconscionable.

my mom has policies for both my brother and I - she passed away, quite unexpectedly, in 2019 - it is now 2022 - i was finally able to close my account and get the money - even though that took a year and a half and numerous phone calls, mailings and emails. i have been working on getting her name off and getting my name on to my brothers policy since early 2020. i keep going around in circles with this company trying to get answers to get her name off and my name on - now all i want to do is cancel this policy and get the mo... read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. It didn't even take 24 hrs after initiating a policy for both my husband and I before I had to immediately cancel both policies. It started with having to wait almost 3 weeks to get an appt for a nurse to come out before policy approvals could take place but we were willing to wait. After getting the approvals for both policies we electronically signed documents securely to begin service and a few days later my debit was over charged might I add triple charged for transactions much higher than ... read more
