No problem taking your money! But what a hassle to get it from them when your loved one passes away! Worst customer service I’ve ever spoke with! They give you FAKE names, no way we’re the 4 customer service people named “Jerry, Glen, Chris & Mark” given those names at birth!!!! This Company is in Texas but the phone rings to another Country far far away! 😪
HOW DOES A PERSON CANCEL THEIR POLICY AND STOP THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS TO THEM ?? I've wasted so much time on line and calling phone numbers. Is this company affiliated with AIG ?
These dudes took money out my account after I cancelled my plan with them.funny thing was I never even got to start the plan at all then when I called them to try and see why they still went ahead and took my money after I didn't start the policy and they couldn't find any of my information! No address no name no social no nothing!This is a scam! Wouldn't recommend anyone having this company as a fall back because they are going to screw you.
Have been trying to redeem a Tax Sheltered Annuity for my dad for over 6 months. Been sent the incorrect form 3 different times. Was never told about surrender charges which took 75% of the proceeds. Forced us to get an annuity - another 2 months of filling out forms. Was told the check would be direct deposited on 8/26, but instead received a letter saying my 81 year old Dad who has dementia would have to re-affirm that I'm his POA!!!!! Just found out you have been stealing money from my bank account. I don't know how you got my credit card number but I didn't give it to you nor did I sign up for your insurance. Over $800.00 has been stolen from my account and I want it back. I just talked to somebody from your office and they can't find the supposed policy (because there isn't one). You better get this straightened out and reimburse my account pronto or I'm going to sue your ass.
You know when you have to wait 20 minutes to speak to a customer service representative, I'm not sure how you expect me to be super polite and patient with you!!! Very difficult to cancel the policy. Do not sign up with them, I had a smoker rate the whole time our policy was in effect but I'm a non smoker.
I love the everyday challenges , and rising to meet and defeat them!
This company is a pain in the ass to deal with, I do not recommend anyone taking out life insurance with these people! My elderly mother says dealing with them is "ridiculous". I agree.
