Food is always excellent. Nice choice of wines. Service speedy,courteous and friendly. I've been coming here since the mid-eighties and have never been disappointed!!!
I'm from Texas. My wife is from Binghamton, New York. We have friends in Whitney Point. We always eat at Aiello's. At least once and usually more. The atmosphere is just as good as the food. And the staff and owner interact as a member of the group. Wonderful!
Stopping in for dinner after a drive from NJ , we were hungry and were introduced to our waitress, Giuseppa. Immediately, she took care of us. Drinks, bread and conversation. We felt so much better. The food was delicious. And Giuseppa made the experience even more pleasant. We promised her that we would write a review. Aiello's and Giuseppa are both delightful.

This customer service was awful. I had a friends with me who worked in the restaurant business for years and was shocked at the rudeness from the staff. We had kindly asked for a different dish because one was not cooked correctly. The owner himself came out to argue with us. Reputation comes with experience and respect clearly this staff needs to learn about customer satisfaction and how to properly treat there customers. Since they lost a loyal one.
They never fail. Whether it is drinks(White Russian yummy), wings, or pasta and salad. Always a great meal and great service. Visit 1-2 times a year when in town.
Outstanding place to stop in for a quick bite at the bar or to go sit down and relax at a table. Always a Very good meal, fresh, colorful large portions at reasonable price.
