They are not set up right
This place is a joke. My best friend has been a patient here almost 20 years and they used to be pretty good. Things have gone downhill. Very high turnover rate for doctors, if you're even lucky enough to have an actual doctor. Half the time nobody answers the phone and messages are never returned. They have lied saying that they called about this or that when no call was ever made. It's easy to tell when your cell phone records such things.
