This is a very great company they treat people with the utmost respect and they're very kind ., In my opinion this is the best dealership in the the whole entire state of Virginia and that's the truth and I have purchased many cars and suv's at dealerships and this is number one in my opinion but you don't have to take my word for it Go there yourself you'll see.

I have been to dealership after dealership and I have found only one in the area with the most acceptional , affordable, reliable cars . I was looking for a family sedan but I ended up getting a BMW X5,the car look better then the picture ,test drive was smooth , I'm definitely coming back for a second purchase ,Best used cars in the city
Terrible service, tried to let me take a test ride with very low tire pressure, AC barely worked. Aswell as our phone conversation he said he would knock the price to $10,000 but when I got there and talked to him he said I’m not going under &12,500.

Customer Dad called from out of states and said he's interested in the truck (2009 DODGE RAM 4.7L V8 WITH 131.000 MILES) for his son, the same day the son (customer) called for the dealership address ,after test driving the truck, customer said he like the truck and the only issue he have is the tire pressure light is ON,WE NEVER DISCUSSED THE PRICE ON THE PHONE WITH HIM NOR WITH HIS DAD, after test driving the car he said he only have 10K on his card ,we tried to work with him we dropped the price of the truck ,we gave him ... read more
TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Everything was fine until the day my family was supposed to go pay for the truck, we had made deals and agreed we were going to get it, but apparently that was good enough for them. They texted me a couple hours before I was supposed to come pay for it and told me that they decided to sell it to someone else! They also said that they had another truck for me to look at and never asked if I wanted to look at it after this one! WONT EVEN LOOK AT A CAR WITH THEIR NAME ASSOCIATED TO THEM

I only engaged the dealership via phone call in hopes of negotiating a deal. They were promt in their response. My feeling from working with other dealerships and overall having a descent, if not proficient, understanding of the used truck market is that this dealership is over priced by $3k to $4k on their used truck inventory (which is fine).
