Extremelly disapponted with Aiden Hotel. The hotel has taken money wrongfully and to make it an even worse experience, the staff said it would take 10 days for the refund to be issued. The room was booked via their website. The website had an issue with processing the booking. We tried to book however there was no room available. The web site did take the credit card details. Very disappointing.

I booked an access room for my mobility needs. The room was clean, amenities stocked. However, an access room it is not. 1. The queen sized bed was pushed up to the wall on the right side. Only enter bed from left side. Luckily I was solo so no one had to crawl over me or down to the foot of the bed to get in/out. However, making a disabled person use only one side of the bed is assuming that it doesn't matter which side is being used. That simply is not true. Pros: Staff very friendly and acommodating early check in The bed was very comfortable Room was very clean and location was great Cons: My room was tiny with bed right up against wall There was no side table or side light, just bright overhead light. The bathroom looked like a hospital disability bathroom with toilet with padded back and no seat lid. There was no windows in the bedroom, only in the bathroom with privacy muted light coming in. Alll in all I was a bit disappointed

Location perfect. Room was ok ( lucky I upgraded to normal queen room). As there a gew people complaining about room size. Wharfies downstairs is pricey so be warned. But a hop skip and jump to over 200 eateries. Now PARKING 🤬 @$60 PER DAY does hurt!! And you cannot take your car out daily or the offer wont stand. So you either walk or hire expensive battery bikes. Other than that. May stay again.
