Know that if you at anytime complain about complaints officer to LAO which you can to same email you put in request for the change of lawyer, LAO will do absolutely nothing with your person complaint. If I could rate zero stars, I would. When I called to inquire about a family member's lawyer, the receptionist treated me disrespectfully throughout the entire call, yelled at me, and provided no assistance.
Legal aid has always been very helpful in helping me obtain my lawyers and patient while I get disclosures. There website is very helpful with lots of easy to access information.
Knowledgable and pleasant staff. A wonderful shopping experience.
