Aida is very comfortable to be around. She’s highly intelligent and professional as well as understanding, considerate and kind. She listens to your needs and concerns while helping you navigate your best options. Always smiling and quite funny too. I’m grateful to have a nurse practitioner who I get on well with and even more so one who understands my personal needs.
This woman is very rude, unsympathetic, inconsiderate and disrespectful towards her patience. My partner, who is deaf and has been deaf since birth, went to see this poor excuse for a nurse practitioner. My partner is too kind-hearted to write this herself but I am not. My partner's regular doctor was unavailable so she made an appointment with who was available in the office for the day.
