Get directionsAida Hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay in San Francisco. The location is one of the best parts, easy to get around and close to so much of the city. The hotel is clean, affordable, and practical, which is not always easy to find in San Francisco. The staff was also very nice and made the stay pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again.
I had a great stay at Aida Hotel in San Francisco. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the city, and the hotel is a really good value compared to many other options in San Francisco. The room was clean, the hotel felt well kept, and the staff was very kind and helpful. It is a solid choice if you want something affordable, comfortable, and central without overpaying.
**Pros:** * The location is fantastic, in the heart of San Francisco. However, be aware that there are many drug dealers in the area, so make sure you're not followed at night or in the early evening. * The front desk staff are friendly seniors who live in the hotel. * The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. * The bed is comfortable, towels are clean, and the TV works. **Cons:** * There is no kitchen, so you'll have to use the microwave, which is loud when in use and may not warm your food well enough. * The smell of ol... read more

Do not trust the staff here. After dealing with a food-covered lobby, broken elevators, and a pitch-black emergency stairwell, I decided to leave early. I was promised a refund for my second night, but the hotel then spent days dodging Booking.com’s calls. When I finally got a hold of them, they told me they were denying the refund because I complained about the room smell. They are weaponizing the refund process to silence guests. Save your money and stay somewhere with basic hygiene and a moral compass.
