I started seeing Tamuna about 1 year ago at the Tribeca location and so much has changed for the better since then. She is incredibly informed and intuitive at the same time - as a nurse I deeply appreciate this. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Tribeca was genuinely disappointing. I was hoping for a pleasant time, but instead, I was treated with a surprising lack of courtesy and respect. The way the receptionist spoke, stare and behave made us feel unwelcome. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect and improve how your staff treat people. Everybody is a high end client and deserves respect! A smile doesn’t cost anything.
