Since they’ve switched over to the new doctor, good luck getting them to return your calls. He also glued in a cracked temp crown in my mouth that scratched up the side of my mouth, but no worries, it fell back out before I could even get back to my car. Worst part is, I started my Invisalign here before they switched over doctors, and now since I can’t get a call back, my treatment is paused. I will be calling Invisalign and my insurance company directly to file a complaint.
Dr. David had done three implants for me at his previous practice. Today I visited his new practice in Atlanta and was very impressed with his staff and him seeing me so quickly. Previously I had an issue with one of the crowns on the implant and he had the manufacturer replace it at no cost and even gave me a credit to the account. The purpose for my visit today was to repair another crown that haf come loose 1.5 yeaes later. Dr. David was able to take care of it quickly and love that he stands by his work! AMAZING Experience!!!! Found this company on Tiktok and I am overwhelmed with my experience. Doctor Dave is 1 in A million he needs to be awarded! Mia the front desk clerk is the angel I saw on tiktok that lead me here, she is too sweet. Latrell Doctor Dave’s Assistant is a Gem in the making he is awesome. And last but not least Alesa that made everything possible this whole team is literally the dream team 10/10 experience
