We have AID Pest Control come treat outside our home twice a year: spring and fall, especially in the spring for stinging insects that may venture to close to the patio and deck. They spray the perimeter of our home and the basement. Sam and Eric are wonderful, professional and caring people who do a fine job of keeping us free of pests. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend AID Pest Control.
Thomas with AID is perhaps the nicest person to provide services at my house that my fiancé and I have ever encountered. Not only did he ask us with genuine interest about how the pest control services were working thus far, but he was incredibly kind and caring when completing the checks around the house. My fiancé made it a point to let me know that she felt incredibly safe with Thomas in the house because of his kind demeanor. Steve Stauffenger is not a good human being. I did apologize on their voice mail for calling him something that I admit I should not have said to him before he got in his car to leave, but I don't regret saying on this review that he is not a good person. I was willing to pay him whatever amount of money necessary to at least see if spraying the perimeter of the family room windows inside and outside of the condo would stop these big black flies from coming in. They are the best around!! Much quicker turnaround time than their competition!! We've used them a number of times and haven't been disappointed!
Aid Pest Control is genuinely one of those companies I never mind calling for service. They are friendly, experts in their field, and so accommodating. They have a wealth of expertise and can easily identify the problem and how they are going to fix it. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of their employees, from management to their field staff. I can’t recommend them enough.
