Best vet in KC area. Dr Rowe takes the time to fully explain conditions, procedures and options. Hollistic care? He's game. Been with Aid for 40 plus yrs. He has given all our pets long, loving lives.
One of the best animal hospital in the city that provides outstanding clinical services. The staff is very friendly and professional.
We boarded our dogs here for 2 days because we had to go out of town and wanted them to be well taken care of. They were supposed to have a bath and nails trimmed. When we went to pick them up their nails had not been trimmed and they did not have baths. They smelled horrible. Our Labrador had wounds on both of his front elbows, his nose was dried and bloodied, severely dehydrated, bloodshot eyes, cuts on the top of his head, and extremely lethargic. Getting established with a new clinic and be vet can be a hassle and this was the best experience! All of the staff that we met were very caring and nice. So happy to have the comfortable family feeling when you walk in the door.
