Michael recently inspected our home, and he did a wonderful job! Very quick (but thorough), easy to schedule, and very informative! I would recommend working with him to any friends and family! He inspected our home and gave us the full 22 page report within hours of inspecting.
Do not use this company. Look elsewhere for a reputable home inspector. His report had a ton of errors that ended up costing us thousands of dollars once we bought the home. Air conditioner, termites, foundation, plumbing, electric - all were incorrect or missing information in his report. We paid extra to have him inspect for termites. Termite inspection came back with nothing. In the midst of renovating our home, we found termite damage so bad that we had to replace our entire exterior patio siding.
