Over Price for terrible service
Not only have I been coming here for years, I have referred many clients to Aicha. Today was my last day. Aicha has become rude. The workers in her shop change often like a revolving door. She’s hiring any and everybody to braid hair. Some are decent others not so much. For this reason I request only she braid my hair. Yet everytime I go she’s forcing me to allow random people I do not know to work on my hair. She charges top dollar yet she and her staff get an attitude if you make any requests. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for knotless braids, but I received box braids instead. The braids were done way too tightly, and I can’t even put them in a bun because of how painful they are. I paid $220 for a style I didn’t want and that I’m very unhappy with. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The braids don’t look good at all, and I feel like I was overcharged for poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
