Workers have used dirty used combs on my hair that I noticed mid parting, lots of hair on the floor, crowded and unorganized. Was surrounded by women who were not working on my head who were speaking loudly to the woman who was. Very unfriendly demeanors as well.

nasty chop shop as soon as you walk in braiding hair is stuck to your feet. Owner looks like she always has an attitude or a passive aggressive aura. The girl starts braiding my hair they come out lumpy, ugly, and dirty not neat and crisp. The lady damn near had a spaz attack because I said I didn't like it and had an attitude, nasty shop overall

I paid $120 for these terrible looking braids on top of a $30 tip to have the leaning tower braided into my head. I was not seated in front of a mirror as they were jam packed yesterday so I did not check my hair out thoroughly before leaving SECOND mistake I made the first mistake was going in there letting these people play in my hair. I asked for 15-20 JUMBO box braids with the knot and what I got is a disaster! I've been coming here for years without issues, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I requested Fulani braids with specific instructions, but my stylist ignored my concerns and braided my hair so tightly that I had to remove it the same night due to scalp swelling. I specifically requested a bob loc hairstyle with braids in the front and showed a reference picture before service began. I also asked if the stylist was able to do the style, and I was not given a clear answer. If the style was not something they were comfortable or experienced with, I would have preferred that to be communicated upfront so I could have chosen a simple box braid style instead.
