I specifically requested a bob loc hairstyle with braids in the front and showed a reference picture before service began. I also asked if the stylist was able to do the style, and I was not given a clear answer. If the style was not something they were comfortable or experienced with, I would have preferred that to be communicated upfront so I could have chosen a simple box braid style instead.
