Been a loyal customer for years now. And I do like the hairstyles sometimes. But there is somehow always a problem with scheduling. Whether you are setting up an appointment, and the person ghost you for hours, and then tells you your appointment slot has been taken (yep happened to me) . Or you pay the deposit, but they never send you the stylist and makes it seem like your fault (yep happened to me as well). Always skeptical to allow people to touch my hair. However, when i requested the consultation, they called me right away and the entire process went smoothly. Customer service was a plus, everyone was extremely nice, place was neat. Very professional and funny. I will go back there again. Awesome job team, keep up the amazing work

My experience with Aicha was amazing. She is definitely professional and I loved her hospitality. I was her concern throughout the entire process. And she made me look and feel so beautiful. Aicha hair braiding was definitely a great experience and I highly recommend her.
