The 1st Team Member I met was Drew. Drew was very polite, very friendly, and thoroughly explained AIC's "step by step" approach. I chose to confidently sign and move forward with AIC. The 2nd "Team" member who contacted me was their Production Manager Joey, again very polite and knowledgeable. He reassured me that he would provide support and information concerning when the materials would arrive and when the roofing crew would be on site.
