I had skin cancer misdiagnosed by a different doctor. Once I had it removed the oncologist referred me to Dr Guo. She has been our family dermatologist ever since. We all think she is great. She truly cares about her patients.
I used to be a patient, before I couldn’t make the travel and had a wonder experience with her and the entire staff. She diagnosed me with something that baffled every doctor around where I lived and helped me tremendously. Every time I called or emailed I was answered within the hour hour. I hate seeing anything negative about this amazing woman. I’d love to see her again.
I have visited her for years. I made my yearly appointment and was supposed to see her in early August. She cancelled me (don't know the reason) and then they wanted to reschedule me in another 6 months. I desperately needed to see her in Aug., but of course, they don't care. I wrote her a letter and she NEVER responded.
How do you get a hold of the office to make an appointment? Tried 5 times the past week, each time the line goes dead…..
Once again I’m spending time trying to get a routine prescription renewed. I’ve called three times, the pharmacy has faxed a request, and no action. Never a human to answer the phone. You just leave messages with a promise of a return call in 24 hours but no return call.
Be very careful when choosing this doctor/office. They gave me an estimate on my procedure and then, even though nothing out of the ordinary happened and no one can explain why, suddenly the price went up 400 dollars. I specifically contacted the office ahead of time and asked on my way out, because my family lives on a tight budget. I would question the honesty of the billing practices when the cost of the procedure suddenly doubles.
