Terrible experience while accompanying elderly disabled mother to appointment. I’m shocked by the treatment that my mother was subjected to while at an appointment for an injection . They “forgot “ to check her in and then proceeded to talk down to her once she questioned why 3 people after her had already come & gone after their injections .
