I would give him zero stars if that was an option. He was the property manager for a home I leased from May 2023 to August 2024. His communication was nonexistent to the point I had to contact the homeowner to resolve any issues. Upon moving out I was charged a $250 cleaning fee for a dirty window/blind after I had the home professionally cleaned upon move out. Stay away from this reality company. The owner, Alan, is unprofessional, unresponsive, and not easy to work with. It takes several days to get a response back. We recently rented a house under his reality company and it was a terrible experience. Beware that pictures posted don’t always reflect current condition.
