My primary care doctor had suggested to take on yoga, meditation, and acupuncture to help with insomnia and emotional stress. Ai and I Beauty and Wellness is now open in Costa Mesa. My boyfriend and I have been treated by Ms. Ai Taguchi for many years now regarding a variety of health related issues: from sports medicine for his broken neck to cosmetic acupuncture for me.
