Love the staff here everyone from the front receptionist to the nurses and doctors! They're caring, compassionate, personable.
I have been visiting this office and seeing Dr. Kozak for many years. There isn't a group of people more concerned with your well being than this office. The entire staff has great attitudes, and actively listens to your issues and concerns. They get my vote for the best medical and doctors office anywhere. Keep up the great work!
Dr kozak and Michael are awesome!! I've always felt very comfortable with this facility. Everyone is professional and kind. When I'm nervous about my injections they always help me threw. I would highly recommend!
This office is nothing short of amazing. Dr. Kozak and everyone here are so caring and you gain a personal relationship with these people, your not just a patient for money to them. I would recommend Dr. Kozak 100%. Thank you all for all you have done for me and for your recommendation to Dr. Chow. My life is truly changed forever. It was great seeing everyone today also :) You guys will hold a special place in my heart always!
I loved when I wore my "What's up doc" panties for Dr. Kreiner! It was funny. Love the fact he is a UA grad! Thanks for fixing my back and making sure I can rock a 4" pair of stilettos!
Very fast and to the point. You actually sit with the Dr and they go over your case with you. I also like the prompt bill service, no waiting months.
