I was at an ARPM rental for 2 years. If I could give minus stars I would. I bought a house and moved out 2 months before my lease ended. Getting my security deposit back is like pulling teeth. I was in a 55+ community. Shylo Carr told me to clean under and around all appliances I thought she was joking. She wasn’t. I have never heard of anyone requesting that the vacating tenant clean under and around the appliances. James + co. are extremely reliable as a property management company. When we moved into our property last year, there were several things that needed to be replaced/fixed. James took care of it in a timely manner and without hesitation, really with anything that popped up in the past year. Would recommend them as a great local resource.
