I recently became a patient seen there by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP, Angela Woodman; she is the best! She is beyond helpful when it comes to answering any of my questions. She was the first Dr to ever tell me about the swab test that gives insight on what antidepressants would or would not work well for my body. i just spoke on the phone to a lady with the worst attitude ever. they really need to do a better job at hiring people to answer their phones. extremely unprofessional

I found the office unprofessional and unkind. They do not answer calls, neither do they return calls. This is not normal, professional conduct -- especially in an organization that purports to care for people in need. The office is ignoring the inquiries of people in need. It feels like they can't be bothered to do their job.
