My wife and I were on the verge of having to take our cat Apollo to an emergency vet we were terrified that he was going to die, but we found this hospital and everyone was so friendly and wanted to really know what was going on with him. After about two days on the medication, Apollo went back to the same cuddly little guy he had always been. I will take all of my pets to this hospital from now on!
By getting their act together or better still just choosing another profession which does not include anything to do with animal care. Had to get my puppy's blood test done. They got the blood, and only minutes later told me that their machines are not working. We moved to the valley last year. Leaving our vet was heartbreaking...and then we found this hospital. OMG, we have no words to explain the excitement we had after meeting the staff at Ahwatukee Animal Care hospital. Dr. Ray could "read" my dogs as she knew them already. They loved her and, we are thrilled to have her in this area.
We trust Ahwatukee Animal Care Hospital to take care of our working dogs at Desert Drug Dog. Dr. Jenkins and the entire staff go out of their way to ensure our dogs get the best medical treatment. They are also respectful of our personal preferences when it comes to these specialized dogs.
Amazing, amazing, amazing service! I’ve been going there for about 5 years and have always been treated with kindness, empathy, and respect. I moved to the other side of town last year and refuse to take my animals anywhere else but here. I’ve had a couple emergencies over the years, and they have ALWAYS taken the time to fit me in and provide quality care.
Thank you for saving our dog, Brady's, life. He escaped and was hit by a car in the evening in Laveen. I got him in the car headed to a vet ASAP and after 5 other places turned Brady down AACH was willing to take him in at closing and worked after hours to give him the best care they could. Dr Jenkins was very capable but also kind. Along with the staff, they were the only good thing in the middle of a horrible situation. Brady is still recovering but he is doing better then I could imagine with a broken pelvis among other i... read more
