My friend placed an order as her mom was sitting shiva. When I picked it up, the employee was nasty to us. The $50 order consisted of 2 small dishes of swarma, a small tray of fries, and tiny pickles & eggplant. There was no rice (as was requested) or Isreali salad (also requested)
Horrible service, Avi the manager is disgusting. Messed up my order several times, everyone was nasty and disrespectful. They kept me on the phone for 30 mins while they talked to other people, I could still hear them talking and I kept repeating hello, can you hear me. They just hung up. I called back and the manager made excuses then said my meal was on the house if I wanted to pick it up.
