We have never had a worse experience with a medical practice. Unfortunately, the Orange City office is unorganized and the staff gave my husband the impression they were bothered by his presence. Trying to schedule over the phone is an even bigger mess (transfers to voicemails, receivers picked up then hung up on, wrong transfers, etc....). He was scheduled for a stress test and was not given any prep information for the test. This review is for Ratan Ahuja, the cardiologist. We waited two hours before seeing anyone. The front office, staff, and especially Prabha, NOT friendly at all. If it wasn't for Debbie the NP, I don't think we would continue to be there. If you need a pulmonologist, go next door and see Dr. Karuna Ahuja. Great friendly staff. She is so compassionate and caring. I will tell all my friends about Dr. Karuna Ahuja and tell them to stay away from Dr. Ratan Ahuja.
Been a patient for 10+ years and still receiving excellent service
Every time we have an appointment, the waiting room is PACKED- even during Covid! We have waited an hour past our appointment time. I have seen people leave in disgust!

Dr. Ratan Ahuja never disappoints. He's always providing the best experience for me and my husband. I have been coming to this office for years and I'm greeted with a smile every time I come in. If you're looking for a cardiologist he is the best way to go!! 10/10
