This is the worst house I’ve ever owned and the warranty department has drug their feet on just about every problem we’ve had. Between the house flooding twice within the first month, chipped countertops being installed, the destroyed tile when they came to replace the counter, the tile dust they left all over the house when they fixed that, the restoration company not putting out insulation back up, half the cabinets needing new paint or doors due to chips, the rushed and piss poor construction, and today my kitchen sink fe... read more
