I'm not sure who the woman was that did my back and neck massage, but the whole 50 minutes was a horrible experience! I don't think she knew what she was doing. I went there for a spa day with my mother and sister, not in any discomfort, and I left in a lot of pain and now, 9 hours later, my pain is throbbing 😭 it felt like she was digging her thumb into my neck/ upper back. Definitely wasn't worth the money for me.

It was my first time here and they did not disappoint! The staff was very helpful and professional. I did the full body massage with Jessica and she is amazing! I also got the classic pedicure which was really great for the price. Ashley did my pedicure and she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. The facility is clean and very comfortable. I’d recommend this spa and both Jessica and Ashley to any of my friends in the area!
I have been going to the Turning Stone Ahsi Spa for a little over a decade and I have always had the same massage therapist. I go for the control in management of fibromyalgia pain. I recently learned that my therapist is no longer there and I was so worried that a new massage therapist would not know the level of pressure to do that won't cause a Fibromyalgia flare up.
