I’ve been on the phone for one hour. All I need is for my records to be transferred to FL. I’ve spoken to several people and no one can give me the direct number to the office! I’ve been the first in line for 30 minutes and it started all over again. The last person transferred me to who knows where because the person said”hello who is this?
