La recepcionista de muy mala manera le negó a mi papá la cita que porque según el había buscado una segunda opinión cuando es totalmente falso y le dijo a mi papá que iba a notar ahi en el folder que mi papá buscó otra opinión. Mi papá le dijo que el tenía problema de hígado y la señora le dijo que no lo iban atender ahí que porque su seguro no iba a cubrir en las dos partes..ella como sabe si mi papá quiere pagar… se portó muy mal y grosera no quiso que mi papá explicara
