My appointment on Wednesday, the 27th, which was canceled due to an issue with the urine test process. As explained by Dr. Uday Paul and the staff, the cancellation was not caused by any action on my part but was due to an error on the clinic's side. At that time, I was informed that the $35 visit fee I paid would be refunded. However, I have not yet received any refund, confirmation message, or update regarding the status of payment refund. This is again irresponsible act by AHS.
I was a patient in the past. I called yesterday. Try to make an appointment. Staff was very rude on the phone. You dont need insurance. They take all and charge the state . They said , they will get back to me with my appointment. Thats not how it work. They just dont want me back. Must have the same lousy management.

The receptionists need to get a better job if they cannot help member get proper services they are beyond unprofessional and rude and have such a nasty attitude this place need to get shut down or get a new staff
Totally disappointed, not organized and misleading patient.
