I never expect people to be perfect, I just look for people that will go the extra mile to do a great job and if there is an issue take care of it as soon as possible. Joe and his crew have taken care of both of my pools for over a year. Whenever I need help they are always there to take care of me and I cannot say the same for most pool companies that say, "I can be out there in a couple of days."
