I used to really like this company back when they were independent and actually cared about their customers. Sadly, ever since they got gobbled up by the big corporate overlords, it's become painfully obvious that the only thing that matters now is squeezing every possible dollar out of you. Easy and quick process. Tim came out to look at our current equipment and was able to right size to a smaller unit for our square footage. Pricing was reasonable. Installers were pleasant. Overall recommend.
I have done business with them since 2002. Just had a new unit installed and the team did quality work. Clean work area, good metal work and finish. Would recommend to anyone.
I wanted to share my experience with Ahrens & Condill HVAC company and specifically with Scott, since he was my primary contact. I contacted them and talked to Scott about the heat issue in my apartment.
