The Only One I Trust – I am finally looking into taking my son on a cruise after many years of wanting to. I just happened upon these reviews by accident while looking for the phone number and I had to respond to the negative remarks. Reply – I did offer a free cruise (not cash towards a cruise) to the winner of the honeymoon contest at a local wedding show. The rules stated that it had to be taken within one year of the drawing and had a value of $750. The winners first requested an extension of the date until the following year. Although under no obligation to do so, I extended the date to make them happy. Then they found another cruise on line that they wanted instead of the complimentary cruise. Business response:
To further clarify, they bought their cruise on line from some one else. They never "paid me half". I have never recieved or taken any money from them. They bought a cruise elsewhere rather than take the free one. I don't know what cruise they took or from whom they bought it. I'm afraid their wording is mis-leading.
Tom Pecena lied to me. – Tom participated in a cruise givaway. He promised my wife and I 750 dollars to use toward the cruise of our choice. We do not make much money, so this was a big deal for us. We booked the cruise, and paid for half up front, expecting Tom to send us a check as the final payment date approached AS PROMISED. He never sent the check. You won't be disappointed! – Ahoy Cruises helped a friend and I book a graduation cruise on the Carnival Conquest. I loved that they took plenty of time to help us choose the right cruise for us and our budget. We had never been on a cruise before and there were a lot of options that the staff explained very clearly so that we were extremely happy with everything on our vacation. The office is awesome and you get customer service that cannot be rivaled. I will definitely be using them for my next cruise...and I hope its soon... read more
He made our first cruise so efforttless we booked another! – Tom booked our honeymoon cruise for us and was so knowledgeable, efficient and personable that the whole experience was fantastic! It was so great, in fact, we had him book another cruise for us the very next year for our anniversary. Again, everything was smooth as silk and we had an absolute blast! I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone!

Ahoy Cruises is the best! – I would like to highly recommend Ahoy Cruises. Tom has planned many cruises for me on eight different cruise lines. Ahoy Cruises – Tom Pecena sent me on the Wind Star to Barbados...I throughly can recommend Tom and the staff, he is throughly knowlegdeable, but also he has real passion and about the cruises ship business and his own business. He had a car sent to my home and I had a overnight in New York, which including the hotel. All arrangements went off without a hitch and i had a wonderful experience. So if you are thinking of arranging a cruise, trust me its the place to book through.
