My husband and I decided to rent for a half day with Ahoy Boat Rentals. So glad we did. They were incredibly helpful with all of our newbie questions and were super communicative with us when we needed them but also left us to have fun on our own. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and really hope to do this again soon. We recommend taking the boat out to see the wild horses on the banks. Incredible time and great people! Thank you so much!
Had a great trip out to the cape on 21 ft skiff, saw dolphins along the way, and got some fishing in thanks to the guided tour. really made for a wonderful family get away day, Thanks again Doug!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 small children rented a pontoon from Ahoy Boat Rentals on 6/15 while we were vacationing in Emerald Isle. We had such a great time getting to explore Shackleford Banks and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse area. We were lucky enough to see a few horses on the island, saw some dolphins swimming while we were on our way to the light house, stopped at an island for a swim and then ended our day with a cruise down the taylor creek area. I rented a boat from Ahoy Boat Rentals in Beaufort NC on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. The boat was very nice (besides the captain's chair being broken, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment) and everything was just great. We spent the day cruising a small waterway and anchored several times to take a swim. At the end of the day, we were all exhausted, sunburned, and thoroughly happy.
