I love it, the workers are very nice
This was my first visit. Everyone was very professional. And my insurance covered most of it. I was very happy about that. And there were a lot of frames to choose from.
I have been going to Dr.Hauser for about 15 year's.Back then I ask Dr.Hauser to fit me for a close up contact so I could use my computer at work with out readers.It has not change for 15 years.And my insurance allway’s cover the visit check up.Fast forward to Aug 6,24. I show up for my appointment at 9:30 and checked in.I was informed that starting this year there would be a copay of $65.00.I told the girl I don’t have a copay.Her and the office manager said that I would have to pay it to be fitted for a contact (1) and I ha... read more
Was on the phone with whomever answered the phone, she was giving me a appointment but I wanted something sooner because of what's going on with my vision. My phones goes out, I call back she say oh I can't schedule you an appointment because you haven't been since 2020. But before phone went out a date was picked June 20th.
