Review your bills and beware of questionable billing practices.. I visited this office and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a new patient physical, as it is to be covered as preventative care with my insurance. During the appointment, the provider asked about a pre-existing condition. While I described this as part of my history review during the physical, I did not request or receive treatment for it, as I have a specialist. Always available . Staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Silvis is fantastic ! Listens to your concerns, very thorough keeps up with all of my medical concerns.
The receptionist at internal medicine and Washington are very ignorant do not perform business technique properly when talking to customers or new patients I would advise not to have your medical be set for Washington Internal Medicine
