The receptionist out front is slow and doesn’t seem to know her job well. The doctors and nurses in the back are great.
The staff and doctors here a very friendly and the wait times are not very long. Show up on time or even earlier and you'll be seen. Don't make assumptions let the doctor be your doctor for you are the patient.
Unless you routinely want to wait 45 min past your appointment time, seek a pcp somwhere else.
