Bloodwork setup here is messed up. Went there 1 day and they told me they needed my paperwork which was in my chart and in the AHN system so went home and printed out and went in next day. Then they told me they couldn’t do some of the testing there so I had to drive to Wexford which has always been on point and able to do the bloodwork. Since it is Almost time to redo insurance think I’m changing to UPMC because it is one thing after another - waiting a month for a radiology results, a weak bloodwork setup, I’m just done AH... read more
We love our doctor and they have urgent care. Our regular doctor is great, but beware going to urgent care close to closing. They don't seem to be as thorough so plan to get hurt or sick later in the day! Lol. Overall we are very happy with this office!

Very efficient, short wait times
Nice people but this place is worse than the DMV with waiting and their internal procedures. Second time this summer booking an appointment for blood work, and the second time it's taken over 45 minutes since my scheduled time. I get that it's a medical facility and nothing runs on time but for something as simple as blood work that literally takes 3 minutes, they have a broken system.
