I don't recommend this gastrointestinal facility anymore at all ! they have PAs doing what a medical doctor should be doing and managing,to cut down money on their facility you don't get the right care as you did before prior to when Mark DeSantis and Bruce Bradley was there both has left. And they jump to surgery ! care easily surgery. See a GI MD doctor if you have anything serious. I wouldn't recommend them for even heartburn you can get that from your primary care physician. This group is always helpful & professional! I have been going to them for 4 years. Initially they put me in a wait-list and I was able to get an appointment the following Monday. Great team!

If I could give a zero I would called to get an appointment for my son who’s been having issues for years for a second opinion and couldn’t even get an appointment. After 2 weeks of waiting for a call back I decided to call again only to be told they would call me, got tired of waiting after another week called again but won’t give me an appointment without a referral, my insurance doesn’t require one. If I would of been told all of this 3 weeks ago I would of had it taken care of. You call this good patient care what a joke
