Sudden closure out of the blue. Was calling trying to reschedule my appointment but got an automated message saying that the phone is no longer in service. Drove to the office location to find everything inside was cleared out. WTH? No notice to their patients? What about our records? ARGH

There are not enough words in the English language that I can use to describe how wonderful this office and its staff are. I'm a senior citizen and have been with a lot of primary care physicians in my lifetime in Las Vegas. By far this is the best care that I have ever received. Beginning with the front office and especially Kea, the office manager. She makes getting cared for as easy as possible. I called to make an appointment with Dr Ali. Coincidentally, he picked up the phone. When I told him I wanted to make a new patient appointment to treat my pcos, he laughed and said I just needed to lose weight to treat my PCOS. Mind you, i’m not overweight and the only interaction I have had with this dr was through the phone, where he could not even see my size. Extremely absurd for an endocrinologist to assert that everyone with PCOS is overweight and that losing weight is the appropriate treatment plan for all individual... read more
Dr Ali is an awesome guy, he cares about his patients more than any other doctor I know. All his staff are very helpful. The medical office is very clean and nice. I would recommend this doctor’s office to anyone.
