I really like Dr. Parikh's bedside manner, along with the fact she is always able to get me in right away when I am sick or have other urgent medical problems. In today's modern medicine, it's not always like that. She also has treated my parents when they have had serious medical issues and needed to be hospitalized. She is a doctor who will take charge when it really matters.

The physician was good, but the wait time was very long—around 45 minutes—despite having an appointment and informing the clinic in advance that I had a baby with me. This has happened twice and was very tiring. Better scheduling and consideration for parents would really help.

I've been coming to this doctor for over 6 years now and cannot continue any longer. This is without a doubt the worst run doctors office I have ever seen. They cannot even make a standard phone call. Two days in a row I've been waken by the doctors office calling me. 3 calls within 1 minute with no message. So unprofessional. Last time I was there I asked the receptionist what I owed and was told nothing only to have the same exact person call me the next day about an outstanding invoice. This office has the worst customer service they never pay attention to your request for medication fill up. Always sending to wrong pharmacy. No care for patients who are in immediate need of medication. I wish they can put some sensible and professional people to work for them.
